SATURDAY SESSIONS

What to Expect

A safe place to try something new. A lively place to connect with other worshippers from across the city of Edmonton. An intentional place to go deeper in your craft as a musician and artist. A reverent place to meet with God through the study of Scripture. A joyful place as you worship God with others.

There are 2 blocks where you can choose from a variety of workshops to grow your heart and skill for worship. This month we offer Acoustic Guitar, Keys/Piano, How to Sing Harmony, Sound/Tech as Worship, Songwriting Tools, How to Play as a Band, Biblical Foundations of Worship. We end every Saturday Session with a Worship Jam Session.

❋ Intentional Structure

We believe the content you receive during the workshops is so significant. However, we also believe the connections you make, the collaboration with others over struggles you are having as a musician and an artist are deeply transformative. This is the value Saturday Sessions bring that learning alone can’t give you.

❋ Collaboration and Connection

Every session is led by experts in their field, vetted by Round Room Leadership.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Every workshop, every Jam Session is a safe place to take a risk, to try something new, to step out. Facilitators are kind and encouraging. And without an audience to consider, the Jam Sessions are low-stakes, creating a great opportunity for learning through doing.

  • " I have had the absolute privilege of attending Round Room Ministries this past year with many of our youth aged students and also as a volunteer. Not only has this ministry helped improve the hands on skills of our youth students over these past few months, but we have seen so much spiritual fruit from this ministry. It has created a culture of reverent worship and correct worship theology within the hearts of our students, while encouraging confidence in Christ as they use their God given gifts to serve His Kingdom."
